Willman was born and raised in Cali, Colombia, but came to the U.S. when she was 19 several years aged. Willman arrived to the U.S. with a mission to master English and earned a bachelor’s degree in human expert services at Gardner-Webb College.

With the same push and passion, we serve the Latinx community we want to serve every single other man or woman.”
Willman and the bilingual group (as they connect with themselves), often analyze the wants of the Latinx local community to strengthen the department’s services with the use of the acronym “Foda,” which stand for distinct Spanish verbs.
