“We have 15 employees that are bilingual in Spanish and English. We just want the Latinx local community to know that we are here and that we provide companies in their language,” reported Latinx outreach coordinator Diana Willman.
Willman was born and raised in Cali, Colombia, but came to the U.S. when she was 19 several years aged. Willman arrived to the U.S. with a mission to master English and earned a bachelor’s degree in human expert services at Gardner-Webb College.

Willman and the bilingual group (as they connect with themselves), often analyze the wants of the Latinx local community to strengthen the department’s services with the use of the acronym “Foda,” which stand for distinct Spanish verbs.
